Our goal is to provide dealers and technicians with the highest quality training available and our Technical Service Managers pride themselves in knowing what information is most critical to ensure a successful learning experience. In today's fast-paced world, taking the time to attend training can be challenging. As such VAD offers four technical training options:

Self-paced training using training manuals developed by HARDI (Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Distributors International). As a customer of VAD, you receive the HARDI member pricing. Here is a list of courses.

As a Freedom/Patriot dealer, you can also receive customized instructor-led training classes at your place of business. Contact your Territory Manager for details.

NATE
VAD is a proud supporter of NATE, encouraging all contractors and technicians to raise the bar for the industry through NATE certification. Most of the courses we offer are approved for recertification hours. We also offer regularly scheduled NATE testing sessions, allowing you and your technicians to plan ahead and prepare and test.
